So, on Nov. 23, Mr. Main contacts me and pays his deposit to get his Scrappy Dog scooters website completely redesigned and updated with a fully mobile responsive design and better professional high end shopping cart software. I spent more then a week laying out the entire site, and got all the products he had on the site put into the new site. Everything was all good to go, I let him know. And for about a week and a half, I heard nothing. Then suddenly 1 day, we discoverd a chargeback on Mr. Mains account. For no reason what so ever. After we disputed the charge thru PayPal, PayPal found in our favor and our money was returned. Then how ever this crook calls up his credit card company and then authorizes a chargeback after 95% of the entire site was complete, and he still owed more then $500 on his account. At this point in time, after the charge backs, he owes us over $800. The invoice is attached, and this is fair warning to anyone else trying to do business with this guy, he will rip you off and defraud you out of your hard work and you won't get a thing to show for it.

scrappydogs took my order my payment never heard from him again. found him on ebay selling parts emailed him he disapeared.
paypal would not help guy said i didnt jump through the right hoops. so stay away from scrappydogs scooters
they will not answer phone or email

Scrappy Dog Scooters paid for a website, it was 100% completed, we verify all our completed sites thru a 3rd party service, SPECIFICALLY to avoid customers trying to pull this. They 100% verified that we had completed the work, and PayPal even investigated the same transaction and found us to be in the right.
We had no choice to write this rip off report as we're not a huge company and can't afford the lawyers to go after dead beat customers. And yes, Scrappy Dog Scooters sells crappy chinese scooter parts, but that doesn't contest to their ability to pay their bills. If your a contractor, I would HIGHLY suggest on passing on any work for this company, they will only rip you off.
Look how sad he is, trying to write an advertisement into his rip off report, clear sign of how desperate this joke of a company is. And we talked to the Texas attorney general, and in Texas when you don't pay someone for service, it's called THEFT OF SERVICE, and we do issue warrents and arrest people for that. And we have NO EXTRADITION, which means they can come to any state and get you for any reason. And do be sure people, the Texas Attorney Generals office is investigating them for theft of service. They also checked out the website we built, and all our files and information and completely agreed with us. So this situation will be resolved one way or another unless the customer pays the $1,200 he owes.
We are a small co-op of 5 people working together, and when customers like this low life don't pay their bills, our children don't get to eat, so think about that before you rip anyone else off Scappy Dog Scooters

This is an incorrect posting. this 'company', Living World Technologies, was hired to create a new website for our business, but never completed one. We asked for either a complete website, or a return of our deposit, and were greeted with defensive accusations and acrimony. They have been reported to the Texas attorney generals office and yes, we have disputed our deposit money as no website was created. This ripoff report posting here is a rebuttal to our posting warning other potential customers of how this company operates.
The fact that they did this ripoff report further demonstrates how unprofessional this 'business' is.
ScrappyDogScooters has been in the business of importing and distributing chinese scooter and motorcycle parts for over 7 years now and is a reputable and successful company with a well established history of satisfied customers.
