I worked for this man for a long time, I put up with sexual harassment on a daily basis. He calls his female staff in the office all hours of the day when he feels the office is empty and they walk into his office with him watching porn and his pants down and I am sure you can guess the rest.  I needed the job so I never reported it and always tried to set boundaries. I would warn him but he would just laugh. I watched him lie, cheat and steal from investors promising over 50 people on paper that he will give stock, shares etc while he collected Millions. He never pays employment taxes or any legal fees. He is supposed to, so now he is red flagged with the IRS. He also has fines with workers comp and can't get insured.

He is so broke but portrays a successful company. He steals from Peter to pay Paul keeping the image that is is a successful company. He has had to have employees lend him money or co-sign just to get company equipment he needs. I hid cameras in the office and captured a lot to include the sexual harassment. There is now many women coming forward and a huge civil Lawsuit in the works. He screws everyone over and refuses to pay once you confront him destroying families and anyone in his way with a cold heart. He portrays himself as a chill, beer drinking, wanna hang out with this guy. It's all Snake Oil Salesman charm that leads to really bad things. 

He is in so much debt he will dissolve one company to run from the investors, then starts another company with a new name thinking he's protecting himself, while he Cons a new group of employees and potential investors. He sleeps with his longtime employee with a learning disability/assburgers syndrome and only pays her 25 cents a kit that she builds and allows her to live at the office as she is homeless. This was caught on a hidden camera.

If you ever meet this man run!! Don't get caught in his web of charms he will draw you in and trust me like MANY others you will regret it.
