SCREAMBOX SCAM - DO NOT SIGN UP Los Angeles Internet

I signed up for the 7 day free trial on 7/20 - after looking around I went to their website to cancel the trial on the same day. 7/20.  When I clicked the cancel button, I was prompted by the website to send an email to cancellations@screambox.com for "prompt" service to cancel.  No reply after 4 days.  I emailed again.  No response 2 days.  I tracked down their phone number, only option to leave voicemail.  Voicemail left.  On day the trial ended I was charged 29.99 by the company for a service I was supposed to be able to cancel "anytime" "promptly".  I have disputed these charges with my bank and am writing to warn any consumer NOT to give them your business.  When you sign up they will charge you anyway and never answer the phone, email, or call you back.
