So ScreenAid is a fake company. These con artists operate from China. They have a prepaid cell phone and a PO Box from New York. Their billing is done though GainGame, Inc -also another false business.

Their http://whois.domaintools.com/gaingame.com has listed "1234567" as their phone number and someone named XiupingChen or "Xiu ping Chen" as the owner. They bill you and don't send you anything. They prefer Google checkout because you cannot dispute transactions, unlike PayPal.

The classic ScreenAid story is buying and item and them not shipping it. Then they don't answer your calls or emails. COMPLAIN HERE:
(((ROR REDACTED)))

But unlike most people, I don't just sit back and take a hit. ScreenAid is on eBay under the user names "ScreenAid" "gaingame-outlet" "yallstore" and " laptopz-outlet". I propose you all buy something from them for $1.50 and leave them Negative Feedback. If we all do that, they'll be banned in no time.

Sells Cheap Crap

AUTHOR: Matt - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 17, 2010

First of all, Laptopz.com frequently acts like consumers and posts positive reviews about themselves most places where you'll find complaints.  Really what they run is a fraudulent program with a 14 day warranty.

I purchased a laptop battery from eBay that was bad.  I then returned it and they sent me another bad battery.  When I asked for my money back they wouldn't reply or do anything this time because I can't comment on eBay anymore.

If you want to get completely ripped off, and get no recourse, then you should definitely buy from these con-artists.

Very Sincerely,

Matt

Not a good experience so far

AUTHOR: unevenload - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, November 30, 2009

I ordered two laptop screens from this company. One was fine but the other was defective. It would not brighten. I did all kinds of testing before I contacted them. They sent back several troubleshooting tips and tests to perform although my email explained that I had done most of the test already. The email responses seemed to take about a day each to get a response. After several days they finally agreed to send a replacement as soon as they got the defective screen shipped back on my dime.

The second screen just arrived and it is defective as well. So now I have to start the process all over again. I will report back but I am not very hopeful at this point.

Not my experience with these guys...

AUTHOR: Joester - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 03, 2009

I purchased a replacement screen for my PDA through these guys, and received the correct screen within a few days. Granted, that particular screen had a problem, but they were quick to arrange a replacement.

They had good communication, and I have no reason not to give them a 5 star rating through eBay.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with them, Kendra, but my experience is exactly opposite yours.
