I purchased a video script from the company and I was given the wrong script to download. When I contacted the seller they said that because I already downloaded the script that I cannot change it. The worst part about this it that the script also crashes every time a video is uploaded. I contacted my host about the issue and was informed the issue is with the script. I try contacting the free support the claim comes with the script and no one every respond to the emails I sent them. I requested a refund and the seller also refuse to issue me a refund and threaten to delete my account if I dispute it with PayPal or my bank. No where on their site does it state what their purchasing policies are. Its been 3 months now and I'm still disputing this with my bank. The company have since released a new version of the script they gave me but I can't even try to see if that script works because they have erase my account which includes the free upgrade.
