Scrubs Avenue Company Disappeared Pueblo, Colorado

I ordered some work boots for $68.00.  The clerk told me it would take 90 days, but I would have to pay upfront.  I paid with my debit card.  It went through on 8/06/09.  I went to their store in the Pueblo mall November 2nd.  It looked different, so we asked the clerk what happened to Scrubs.  He said they were gone.  This was another store, so he had no idea what happened.  He gave us some contact information.  I called the number the clerk gave me and got a message stating they were open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 12:00pm -4:00pm.  I left a message stating I wanted information on my order.  I haven't heard anything yet.  I have a sinking feeling they just skipped with mine and any other unlucky person that ordered something's money.
