SCS Products - Hollywood Florida Trial offer turned to $323 in unauthorized charges to credit card account Hollywood, Florida

Please stop this company.  I did order what I thought and was depicted on the website a trial offer.  The shipment arrived and upon asking my doctor about it, he told me not to take the product and return it.  Unknowingly, this scam of a company had already charged my credit card account for $323.75 in 5 separate charges under 4 different names and telephone numbers.

The number I called was 800-245-7793 and was told my 30-day guarantee time period for the trial offer had expired by 2 days and there was nothing they could do. I have already been charged for a second shipment which I have not received and they provided me with RMA # for returning and a refund.  Was told very specific instructions (which I will follow!) or the shipment would not be accepted.  It already appears they are set up not to accept the shipment for some minor reason.  I spoke to two different ladies A-137 and her supervisor, Kurt Seasbian S-16.  Both told me the company only had one policy and regardless of the circumstance, no exceptions for refunds outside the 30-days were available.  I ask to speak to the next person in charge and was told that was the owner who did not accept phone calls.  I very specifically explained to them, I would not let this drop and would report to whatever state or federal agency I needed to for help in protecting my consumer rights and it was totally unacceptable for company operate in this manner.  I would like to be a part of a class action suit if there is one out there. 

BEWARE and if you also are scammed - DO NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT.
