SD Enterprises ripoff stold money from my bank account 2 x Pottstown Pennsylvania

In July I had gotten a call from a telemarketer with a $299 charge for a credit card. There would be no interest rate ever. I decided to join and gave my info. I called the next day to cancel. They put through the cancellation and they said no money would be taken from my account. About 2 months later $299 was taken from my account. I was mortified. I called and finally got ahold of the company by a series of toll free numbers that were furnished by my bank. They reversed the debit and I got my money back.

Two days ago (2 months later) the money was withdrawn from my account for the second time. This time I was given the name SD Enterprises. I called the number given on my statement and it told me that I had reached "Customer Solutions" and the mailbox was full and for me to hang up. I kept calling and finally, after being put on hold for 15-20 minutes got to speak with a customer service rep. She told me that I had ordered a Debt Consolidation Package along with a low interest credit card. I did not. I do not know the company SD Enterprises. I don't even know where they're located. How do you file a report when you have no idea who the people are???? The bank I was originally dealing with was First Premiere Bank. I have no idea if it is the same people and how in the world I got involved in this scam. I did not authorize the transaction and they keep taking the money. I'm going to have to cancel my bank account and get a new one.
The bank has recommended I take them to court. I may do this.
