I was sent several email promotions for a Lifetime Advertising Service with SDTadvertising for all of their packages and a one-time fee of $197. I paid through PayPal and received a receipt with instructions to send an email to to receive instructions on how to order my first advertising pkg of 25,000 Guaranteed Vistors to my website After no response for a week, I emailed again asking why it was taking so long, with no response. I then sent in a support ticket to their support team asking why I had not received anything back? They finally sent me a link to process my first advertising pkg which I filled out exactly as instructed and sent it back to them to start processing. After not hearing back anything for another week, I sent support a request asking how long it would take, with absolutely no response. I then complained to PayPal about being ignored and PayPay sent a notification to Michelle at SDTadvertising. After more time not receiving what I ordered I submitted a claim to PayPal and PayPal notified Michelle of the claim and to respond by 9/23. Michelle finally emailed me and accused me of being a Fraudulent Customer and notified me all further orders would be frozen. I waited patiently for either my order to be processed or her response to PayPay. On the last day of 9/23, the company sent PayPal a notification that my order was sent by UPS with a bogus UPS number. I have been a shipping manager, shipping with UPS for 13 years, and knew when I saw the tracking number it was bogus. This was an internet order to be supplied to my website, not something to send to me at my address. To PayPal's credit, they investigated the bogus notification of shipment quickly and refunded me immediately. Then Michelle sent me an email saying she is notifying all her business friends that I am a Fraudulent Customer and to watch out for me, which I forwarded to PayPal. I have copied and pasted the bogus shipment notification to PayPal, the email sent to me saying I am being put on a Fraudulent Customer List, and a copy of the refund by PayPal below, Congrats to PayPal for their excellent customer service. You can trust them to protect you.

lol I went many days waiting for the service I never received

On my last attempt to contact Customer Service they never responded at all. I waited a couple of weeks after I filed my complaint with PayPay and on the last day of the time periord PayPay gave her to answer, she sent them a bogus UPS tracking number to prove she had sent me what I was supposed to receive online. 

I am an experienced UPS shipping manager and I knew right away the tracking number was a fake. PayPay checked the tracking number she sent them and issued me a refund immediately.

She continues to lie

She sent PayPay a bogus UPS tracking number as proof I was sent something I was supposed to receive online.

PayPay refunded me promptly and I highly praise them for their customer service.

She continues to lie about her service given.

If I was not right, PayPay would not have promptly refunded me.

I recommend that you do not do any business with this person.

This customer did not follow our terms.  This customer support emails  were responded to 23 times regarding order fulfillment and support tickets were answered within 24 hours of submission regarding his/her order.  For reasons unknown this customer decided to file dispute with paypal indicating we did not offer support.  After going over our terms of dispute process I decided to refund his order to close the dispute as it was not worth the hassle. 

Paypal's dispute closure email states the same thing regardless of who closes the dispute (paypal or us) I have screenshots of all email communication as well as support desk tickets regarding this transaction and for this customer.  We always offer support and we always aim to answer requests and issues within 24-48 hrs. 

Usually much sooner and usually a personal response from admin personally but sometimes no matter how hard you try - you cannot get through to or please everyone.  We also offer a 100% quality guarantee which offers free professional copywriting , ad rewriting, and free exposure to cover any short comings a customer feels their ad gets.  It is just a matter of letting us know and following our terms.
