In September of 2004 I was contacted to list my timeshare with their company. They offered for $699 that they would advertise on their website until it was sold and they would allow the seller to negotiate any offers of rental or sale. They noted a "hot" market...RIGHT!!! In addition, there was the Paris vacation they offered, but never panned out. Anyway, you cannot even contact them now and the website is not available for viewing. To date I also have NEVER received a single call from them regarding prospective renter or buyers. This is a TOTAL SCAM!!! Do NOT do business with this company. I cannot contact them at 800-686-6076 nor via internet at info@resalesbyowner.com. Everything has been disconnected and returns email. It appears they just take your money, make it appear they work for you, then just disappear.
