Me and My wife purchased our Home May 2014 at local dealer in Pearl, Mississippi. We were Happy with the Dealer Mike Miller at Oak Creek. We purchased out but the manufactured we were unhappy with them.

1. Kitchen Cabinets Bubbling wouldn't fix2

2.Flooring through out the house have place that give away when you walk on the floor

3. Ceiling are two different colors paint

4. Back patio doors will not open or close and Door nob will not turn at all

5. Door in laundry room casing is all broken up and door will not stay locked.

6. Crown molding was never put all up in the Din

7. Molding around front door outside is all broken and tried to fix it with Tape

8. There are know blocks under each door under the house

9. Holes in ceil in master bedroom

10. Door going into master molding is coming off and is broken around the door casing

11. The Back of the patio doors the paint it coming of the doors
