I move to Florida and after few calls, I found Sea Star Line to be the cheapest carrier to ship my car closer to Miami. The Process was fairly easy with a Broker located in Miami. The Problems begun when my car was not ship the day it was suppose to, not the next shipping day or the 3rd next shipping day available to be ship out, the car ended up a WEEK in their lot in PR, with NO follow up on what was going on???

After a week from the original date, they shipped and it was released for pick up 5 days later.  I am excited!!! But not for long, as soon as I walk into the lot in Fort Lauderdale, I noticed a Damage on the Bumper and part of the Fender, that has been repaired in a very Sloppy and Unprofessional way Obviously to covered up an accident, Like I was not going to noticed the damages on my own car??? Even the employee noticed something has been done, and also said it was NOT NORMAL the car was not shipped any of the dates they had available and that it took a week later to be ship with NO EXPLANATIONS, "Lady that is not Normal". 

I claim to Sea Star on October 16, 2013. and this was the response: We proudly stand by the message on our website seastarline.com that states: “when it comes to safe and secure transport of your vehicle, no one takes better care than Sea Star Line” and respectfully deny the allegation that your vehicle was damaged and repaired while under our possession. Therefore, we stand on our decision. We respectfully decline participation in your claim.

I am now trying to claim my insurance Co. that has taken a long time because remember the Car is "Repaired". It is very frustrating to see my car with the damages, a car that I always kept in Neat Conditions, Clean and Detailed. It is clear Now that “lo barato ($925.00 vs. $1,200.00) sale caro”.
