This managment Company ARE NOT DOING FOR US, WHAT WE HIRED THEM TO DO.
Do not Provide you with our accurate Financial Reports. Do not Provide you with the the actual minutes, and the information in the minutes does not reflect the motions and anything that happened in the meeting. Do not Provide you with the already spend massive amounts of monies for a website that has not been updated since January 2017.
They rarely answer the phone. By now we have changed 14 managers. The conflict of interest from Seabreeze is completely obvious. Starting with Seabreeze employee and relative to the Real Estate company for our complex. Seabreeze and the lawyer office Adams-Stirling had harrassed me and retailated because I am pointing this out and more inaccuracies with the reports and other abuses.
Essex is the Master Lease holder is aware of this shenanigans and do not do anything to fix the problem, and we homeowners that pay our dues we are suffering this injustice, most of the people here at senior citizens. My place had been flooded 5 times and Seabreeze and Lawyer had been arrogant in doing nothing about the upstairs neighboor that caused all the floods because I believe neighboot is business related to one seabreeze employee.
I wonder why the floods are happening here, could it be someone is messing up the plumbing here?
