Seadachs Dachshunds Jamie Wing Scammed me out of 375.00 deposit Stanwood Washington

I reached out to Jamie Wing with Seadachs Dachshunds (previously Happy Paws Dachshunds) at the beginning of November 2017, asking about any future litters with dapple colored puppies as I was looking for a female. She told me that I could be placed on her waiting list for the next litter born but she required a 375.00 deposit to be placed on the list. I waited a couple of days to think about it and ultimately contacted her again. I spoke to Jamie on the phone and she talked a great talk. She told me to send her the money via Facebook. Before I could send it she text me asking to send it to her mother Verda McGuin via Facebook.

I sent the deposit right away and she acknowledged that she received the deposit. Shortly after communication dwindled and she wasn’t responding. I reached out to a friend that also purchased 2 puppies from her in the past and asked her to reach out for me. She contacted her and Jamie responded back to me the same day rather upset that I had someone contact her on my behalf. She stated she was sorry that I felt that she was scamming me and she would refund me the deposit. That threw up a red flag and I googled her name and low and behold, she has scammed many, many people taking thousands of dollars from hard working people.

I told her I wanted a refund back. She then told me that she would have to pay me when she got paid. Paid from who or what is a mystery since clearly she spent the money that I sent her. Since then, she is not responding to phone calls, texts, or via messenger on Facebook. Please anyone that is thinking of getting a dog from her DON’T! Please do your research and search about her. Use google, Facebook and reach out to others. Us folks that have been taken for a ride don’t want to see anyone go through what we have. Also be very careful joing any Dachshund groups on Facebook as she is the administrator to many of them and once she takes your money and you go to write about her, she bans you from the group.
