I mailed ALL the required forms,UPC's, etc 3 times. Each time they responded with another BS excuse. I E-Mailed Seagate, and they said their rebates are handles by Parago. I sent them 2 E-Mails, and they never responded. Seagate responded to 3 seperate E-Mails with the same response:
Dept.04-83830 is not a promotion we handle. Seagate does use other rebate companies besides ours. This promotion is processed by a company called Parago, who may be contacted at 1-800-753-9823. Sorry for any confusion.
