Our roof is 7 years old . A 6 foot section of valley metal metal is rusted out. Contacted the company about the warranty . The Chief Estimator came out and inspected the Entire roof. No other rust ANYWHERE!!!
Weeks went by with no response after numerous phone calls. They were a very good company YEARS AGO!!! Now that Sean Lilly is in control he is a NASTY ABUSIVE owner. He will not make proper repairs under the warranty. He wants to cover with a mastic.
Every roofing that has come out says the samething. IT IS BAD METAL and must be removed and replaced. They say all roofers in South Fla. 7-8 years ago had BAD metal from China and the industry knows it. If you cover it with mastic you trap moisture under and that will ROT the roofing material out.
The owner will hang up on you, call you a Terriost by text ( which i have save ) .
They will blame the painter, owner or anyone else they can and Not honor their warranty. He will tell you that you spray chemicals on the roof. HE IS SO WRONG!!!!!!
THEY ARE RIPOFFS in every way.
