This is to inform all that SEAN ROACH LIES, SCAM, and CHEATS people out of $1,500 and more!
I purchased this Rip2It.com recently and I personally spoke with Sean Roach about my abilities on computers. He kept stressing that it was as easy as 1,2,3 and away you go. I followed his instructions and the instructions on the green sheet exactly. They direct me to www.rip2it.com and I read the manuals watch hours of videos and still no websites, just a bunch of zipped files.
Sean Roach never said I would need to download a winrar, a ftp and then buy many domains. Then I spent many HOURS trying to make all these things work and they don't. This whole experience is for tech savvy people or current website owners, and even still, I don't think it will make you any money.
To make the situation worst, then they had someone call me and try and sell me coaching to make this work! The guy on the phone explained that there are a lot of people with similar problems (meaning they can't get these sites to work). He told me that Sean Roach is concerned and wants to help. He then explained that he can offer 4 hours of training for $2500. I s**t my pants, thats $750 an hour.
This whole business Sean Roach is selling is a scam!
First he takes my $1500 for a software program I could download off the internet for a lot less. But he says it's much easier (liar!). Then they try and sell me $2500 coaching to get Rip2it.com to work for me. That's more then I paid for this "easy 1,2,3 step" program.
I should have know better! I have lived through some tough times and it seems that these times bring out the salesmen. Sean Roach knows there are some people who want to go down fighting.
Sean Roach stresses he has lots of money, and he would kindly refund my purchase. But did not mail in his "Notice of Cancellation" in time. Are you kidding me, an online business and I have to MAIL in to cancel.
I'm hurting $$$ wise and that money is needed and I'm sure my $1500 won't make a difference to Sean or Rip2It. But he is a scam artisit! A great seller, but a liar and scum.
I did get off my butt...but to be honest I don't spend much time on my butt...i work hard and now I'm out $1500.

This is Pat Lovell, the COO of the company and I want to respond to this complaint.
First, I cannot identify the customer without a name, so I don't know if this is a legitimate complaint.
Second, we will gladly help anyone that needs assistance and doesn't have much computer skill.
As to the other issues and harsh words, I don't know how I can respond to such accusations from an anonymous complaint, I will assure you we are a legitimate company with thousands of satisfied customers.
This complaint looks to me as someone is unhappy about our refund policy and is making it a personal vendetta and trying to harm our reputation.
