Seaport Marine Cargo Marine Insurnce / Bruce Bickoff Insurance Fraud Irvine California

Stay clear of this company. SEAPORT MARINE ARE SCAMMERS!!! They also go under cargomarineinsurance.com. Our Freight Forwarding company have used them to get cargo insurance coverage for a number of shipments over a 6 months period. After filing the first claim, they have given us the run-around for months. They said Lloyds of London denied the claim but could not give us a reason.

After following up with Lloyds of London, they confirmed that Seaport Marine does business with them but did NOT submit the coverage requests to them. We provided Lloyds of London the insurance certificate that was issued. They told us that the declaration page was missing but they are looking into the matter to see why we did not get a declaration page.

We paid so much for the insurance but it was never covered. They kept the money for themselves. I presume that the coverage we have taken our with them over the past 6 months; they also pocked that money and the freight went without coverage. Lloyds of London and the New Jersey Department of Insurance is currently investigating them for fraudulent activities. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
