This not a "rip off" report per se: I called Sears Refrigeration repair on Thursday, Aug. 30th. I was given the, "first available appointment, Saturday on September 8th! Entirely too long to wait for a refrigerator repair. A local repairman was out on Tues. the day after I called him. I have purchased Sears Appliances for over 40 years. No longer will I buy my appliances from Sears. They have farmed out their repair business and it stinks! Thanks for nothing A&E Appliance repair!
