the sears attorney at the loan modification did not honor the payement terms and did not give me the lower monthly amount that we had discussed on the telephone.  Now I am stuck with a 900 dollar a month payment that i cannot afford being on fixed income from unemploymenrt  and got laid off from my job with the postal sevice in september.   I just hope that the sears attorney can settle for a small amount before i have to file a bankrupcy and lose my home i have been paying for for 19 years and refinanced it twice to pay for my kids scholl and medical bills for doctors and hospitals.

now i only hope the lord will save my finances and let sears take back the fridge and washer dryer combo that i charged and cannot afford to keep anymore.  my house in detroit suburb is now only worth about $ 15000 having dropped when the neighborhood went down and the sears attorney said i can make a minimum payment which they can take from my checking account.

The sears attorney said to contact hoffman estate branch to get the loan modification payment to only 180 dollars per month that they agreed to by telephone.  my daughter is in school and cannot send the paperwork so i have to get help from my neighbors.
