Sears Auto Service Center Sears Holdings LLC DESTROYED MY TRANSMISSION Phoenix Arizona

I took my 2002 Honda Accord to Sears Auto Sevice Center on Febuary 25th 2015 for routine transmission maitenance. The first thing I did when I talked to the guy at the front counter was ask him if he thought I could get my transmssion flushed and or drained and filled. He stated for the flush he would have to speak to his "expert" service advisory because of the high mileage on my car. He came back and stated his "expert" upon evaluation of my car said I could indeed have the transmission flushed. I asked once again "ARE YOU SURE" and he assured me... yes. Needless to say that flush destroyed my transmission. I then went to three different transmission specialists and they all said SEARS NEVER should have done the flush. These specialists have a combined experience of 60 years plus. Sears played the run around game for over a month not taking resonsibility for their actions resulting in the destruction of my transmission. Yes, they did state if I wanted to pay out of pocket and it was determined they caused the problem they would reimburse me. I'm on a fix income which I explained to Sears Management and could not afford to do this and it fell on deaf ears. I was told without a doubt SEARS caused the the problem, but here's the game these sort of shops play. Even if you get an actual reciept showing fault, they say that there were metal shavings in the transmission to begin with and that's what caused the problem. Mind you, those shavings would have stayed on the housing of transmission had they not flushed it. STAY AWAY FROM SEARS SERVICE CENTERS THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS.
