sears freehold mall dave service sales rep told my wifes rotors and breaks alignment would be done in3 hours waited 8 hours they received the wrong parts three times then dave counter help was nasty posted unfair report about my company even t freehold, New Jersey

my wifes armada needed brakes and rotors and alignement was quoted about 800 dollars we agreed was told would take about 3 hours they needed parts delivered 8 hours later was told wrong parts were delivered 3 times asked for some kind of compensation dave said no thta he would take off all the parts and that would take an additional 2 hours so finally gave me 10% off the worst thing about it a month later went to purchase 4 michelin tires from same location 10 minutes from hous for company vehicle gave dave company name and business card he used this to put a bad report on ripoff.com out of spite this had nothing to do with my company it was there 8 hours even though promised 3 now his get even attitude got my company involved this is wron and probably illegal i will contact my attorney about this even offered to sell him a dodge ram because he was looking at a colorado had no problems i thought when i purchased the michelins but i guess he wanted to get payback of some sort he should not be employed there and defamed my company when it had nothing to do with there mistake
