I cashed in 10,000 of my reward points last month after about 3 weeks I did not receive my $100.00 KMart Gift Certificate, I phoned them and the told me it was mailed out one month ago. I informed them I did not reecive it. They would not void what they sent and told me in words "tough luck." After talking to a few reps I've given up. And am now out 10,000 points and $100.00. I am very upset because I was going to use this for Christmas. I called back and canceled the rewards program because it is a cost of $25.00 a year. I will pay this card off and I will never enter another Sears Store, and I have been a customer of Sears for over 40 years.
They are RIP OFF Artists and charge high finance charges.
