I contacted sereral contractor's for a kitchen remoldel, and went with Sears Home Improvement Pros, as the Sears Consultant promised me good quality, and a set payment that I could manage, with a large payment put forth on the Account, to get total payment down by almost half of what was owed, and was told the payment would go down with each payment, which was promised, and it did not..When I called the billing Dept. and found this out..I called the Sales Consultant, with third party (recorded) and he never returned my calls after that. Then I was never sent the financial agreement I asked for over, and over..Consumer Beware!!

Sears promises you things on your remoldel you want, like the sheet rock put on walls, as we had old plaster, and they we're going to just chip it out and patch it! We said we we're promised sheet rock from ceiling to floor from sales consultant. The consultant agreed, but we had to fight for it with the forman at the house, as he told us that the sales consultant would be fired if he promised us that, like we we're lying. What a terrible experience!

We we're told our payment would be set at an amount we agreed we could afford,  after paying $10,000. down. Sears billing said the high payment would stay the same until it was paid off, even though I had put about $6000. already down on it..with a third party on Sear's phone the sales consultant agreed that that was the amount agreed upon on recording..I told Supervisor this high payment would bankrupt us..He did'nt care as I was told why don't I finance it through my bank, and never got the financial paper signed with set amount with consultant I had asked for. I told them I could'nt afford the high payment-and refinanced it..But I should'nt have had to!! Will never hire Sears for anything again!!

Over all I'm okay with the remoldel..although the counter tops scatch real easy and are cheap, not strong like I was told..seem like some kind of melted plastic!  I went with Sears because I thought they would be reliable and better than a private contractor! Boy was I wrong!!
