SEARS MASTERCARD SENT ME A STATEMENT SHOWING I OWED $33.89 WHEN IN FACT MY ACCOUNT BALANCE WAS $0. I WAS ISSUED A FULL REFUND FOR A DISHWASHER I PURCHASED AT SEARS FOR $431.37. WHEN I TRIED TO DISPUTE THE AMOUNT OF THE DEBT I WAS TOLD BY JOYCE, ID NO. QUSR09 I COULD NOT DISPUTE THE DEBT.
