They refused to exchange a pair of glasses I didn't like for a same-priced-frame in a smaller size. The original eyeglasses were too heavy. They said I could do an exchange within 90 days, which is what I did. Now they won't give them to me. After three weeks they keep saying it's not in yet. I used to work there but because I don't work there anymore, they will not give me the new eyeglasses.
