I have to say I am disgusted at the service I have received at the Sears Sharpstown location, near Houston, TX. Last Saturday I visited to order 2 pairs of glasses for $99 per their ad. This states 2 complete pairs including lenses and frames for $99, including bifocals. I selected a frame and was told that my total would be $304 due to transitions and more expensive frames. I went to pick up my glasses today to find out that there was only 1 pair. I was told 'oh no, 2 pairs would have been $424' What a rip-off - bait and switch! This is the first and last time I will ever use Sears Optical.
