sears repair service Sears home service scam artists stole my money Kingston NH 03848 Nationwide

I call this bogus company made a appointment to fix my refrigerator .the tech comes walks in my house opens up little computer says what's wrong .I say my freezer is fine but my fridge won't stay cold he says well its a Samsung it will cost $600 or more to fix it. Then he says it can't be fix .I say what's wrong with it .he says he does not know . we are standing next to my fridge he never touched it. Open the freezer or fridge never the whole time .then says that will be $101 I said for what you never looked at the refrigerator .I pay but let him know you did nothing but open your computer talk to me  never check the fridge .let me say this I have a very clean home ( fridge as well) so it was not that.I ask for recite he hands it to me and leaves .I look at recite and it says cost to fix freezer $232 that I decline the bill  . I call company they hang up on me leave me on hold give me the run around .then tell me to get a lawyer and sue them . now here I am out 101 and they never did anything. Never knew they where such jerks .
