I purchased a 3600 watt generator for 699.99 which is for a 5600 watt generator When I should of been charged $ 549.99 for 3600 watt. All I wanted was a credit and they refused. I said they did not sell any 3600 watt during that time frame. They checked the camers system which it shows me leaving with a generator but they could not make out the size of the generator which was given to me. they called me a lier. I will never buy anything from that store again.

Yes I did check the box but not the recepit. It was during hurricane wilmer and alot was going on. I know it was my fault for not checking. But today I got a call from the manager and she took care of it with no problem. But the next time I buy from sears if I ever buy from sears again I advise everybody to check what they get.

s-mart, on their website, they sell a 3600 for $549 and a 5600 for $799. They were probably giving $100 off of the $799. Did you not look at the box it came, in to see what you were paying for? I mean there is a big difference between 3600 and 5600.
