Sears.com/ axes 30+ days with out a refund! Internet

I ordered a bulb for my TV . They sent me a bulb in a perfect box no damage with a 1/2 inch of foam on all sides. The bulb arived with a cracked lens, burned filliment,and broken glass behind the lens. I have called them 22 times and their 3rd party vender 5 and 11 emails. All I get is a runaround ! They will not refund me my money, send me a shipping lable to return the crap,or let me speak to someone in the USA! The 3rd party vender hung up on my credit card co, and told me to go F my self. That I would never get a refund from him. That I had to call sears. I have done that many times, to no avail. They are a stright up rip off company no wonder they are in bankruptcy! Dont buy from them ! I was a solid sears shopper for over 40 years. They wont honor their warranty on my freezer either.
