I am fed up with this dealer. I first bought my car in Jan of 04. The sunroof was broken and flew open on the interstate as I drove home, that was just the first hour of owning it! Then to look at the paper work when I returned home, I noticed they tagged another 100 to the car.

A few weeks later of owning the car I noticed the gears slipping, the tranny was bad. The warranty that I bought from the dealer was suppose to cover the transmission but was giving me a hard time. So I tried to refund my money for the warranty, since it was within the 60 days of purchasing it. The warranty company waited two months for the dealer to send an address to where the refund can be sent to. I had to call them and tell them they wont do that even if you are persistant because the nature of their business.

My car also came without a radio. A big hole in the dash!

So it has been approximately 5 months that I have started the warranty refund and I have not seen one dime, although I have been approved to a full refund.

I just want others to know that SEASIDE MOTORS in Santa Monica has very bad service and the customers do not ever come first!
