seasideinspired.com Charged for items not delivered and won't answer emails or phone messages I left the company las vegas, Nevada

Placed an order with seasideinspired.com in Sept. 2012.  The company charged my bank card the total owed of 200.00 in Sept and sent one item (the cheapest item) showing the remaining three items as backordered.    In December starting called the phone number on their site to ask about the back order and left messages that were never returned.  Also started sending emails which were never answered. Continued trying to reach the company through  Jan 2013 with no luck. In Feb went online with Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.  BBB was unable to get the company to respond to two letters and has given them an F rating even though they are not registered with them.  My bank has refused to help reverse the charges made due to the lapsed time period.  The company has now removed the old contact phone number from their web site but continues to offer beautiful items for sale.  I even offered to take other items if they would not refund my money but have never heard from the company.  I am retired and over 60 but have never had this experience with any internet site before.  I really would like to have my money back or see this site shut down.  I would really appreciate any help I can get to handle this matter.  Thank you!
