Submitted for a coffee trial and asked to choose flavor, and if I wanted whole beans or ground coffee. I was to pay one time fee of $25.00, but this was refundable if I was not satisfied. Received free gift, 2 coffee mugs and 2 travel mugs, but the letter inside said that they hoped I enjoyed my coffee grinder! I didn't get a grinder. Then I receive an envelope with 2 bags of coffee beans, my selection, so OK I am fine, but my bank alerts me to 3 separate charges, 1 from Seattledirect.com, for $25.00, and 2 from Metrocoffeeroasters.com for $38.95 each! Who the heck is that? Then I get 2 more envelopes for the same coffee, with the Seattle direct sticker, call the number on the packaging, and it is not in service! So I am out $102.90 and I have more coffee for one person to drink! All in the same flavor!
