I was referred to Tony to have him provide merchant services, He had me pay upfront $300 and said if I pay by a certain date He would lower it to $250. (Frst Red Flag) I went through fillling out all the paperwork and sent it off.

I went to follow up 1 week later and he stated he never revied the paperwork after he confirmed he did. We finally got the paper in order and I was immediatley turned down. Because the merchant services did not except new clients which Tony was or shold have been aware of.

I asked for a refund and he stated he would get it back in 7 to 10 days. I gave him 15. He told me to wait again. Nope!

He is not responding so as my first assumption, this guy is a scammer. Be Aware.
