I purchased a food cart from Concession Carts Company Last May. When I went to register my cart to transport it on the highways of Arizona, the Motor Vehicle Department needed me to have the owner of Concessions Cart Co., Sebastian Escalada, sign a power of attorney form, which to date he has not done. I called him and faxed him the form to sign without a reply. I sent him a letter Certified Mail requesting this information and he never signed for this letter.

I feel ripoff by him. Since I have already paid for this cart, he has no need to give me service and that is not right.
