Sebo Towing Scam, towing Sun Valley California

My husband was stranded on the freeway so we called AAA. The sent out Sebo Towing. The driver Kilo was very friendly and brought my husband and our car home safely. I went downstairs and brought him something to drink. My husband attempted to give Kilo his credit card for the overage on the 4 About 2:30 am, there was a loud pounding knock. My dad, who lives with us and is currently on oxygen, went downstairs and opened the door. Then I came down and saw the POLICE along with two guys from Sebo Towing. One by the name of William and the other was the driver, Kilo. Kilo never had any eye contact with us whatsoever. William said he didn't want any problems with us but that my husband didn't pay the $40 owed. I told him what I had seen and shortly after, my husband came down and gave his story. Anyway, we took our card out and gave it to him (not because the police were there, we can careless about that) but because we would have had no problem to pay to begin with. Anyway, this William guy (who did all the talking because Kilo wasn't "man enough" to have eye contact with us or even say a word to us) called it in and suddenly we are told it would be more. I questioned it and the answer was because their driver was waiting for 2 hours waiting for payment. We live on a main busy street. No matter what time it is, it is always busy. I find it hard to believe that some idiot would sit outside on a main street waiting for 2 hours and not once attempt to call or knock on our door. Supposedly they claim their dispatcher tried calling and that my husband claimed he would go downstairs. I was next to my husband the entire time and not once did his phone ring. I am also on our AAA account and not once did anyone attempt to call me. Anyways, we were told it would be $100 total. Big difference for it to go from $40 to $100. I paid it only because it was extremely late, we had gotten no sleep, I had clients at 7:00 am, and just was in complete shock over how fraudulent this Sebo Towing in Sun Valley is. I was so angry afterwards that it set in, I got the invoice and went onto Yelp, not a fan of Yelp, but I was curious on their reviews. Lots of scam and fraudulent activity. Of course, we complained to AAA. I also wrote a review on Yelp and reported them to the Better Business Bureau and requested that they investigate this so-called towing company. There's too many bad reviews on them and believe me, one of them is mine. I almost felt like saying you owe me $20 for the drink I gave you but because I am a descent person, I let it go and decided to report them instead. If Sebo Towing is sent out to you, please request another company and please beware of their fraudulent activity.
