Scammers are targeting people having trouble paying their mortgages. Some claim to be able to “rescue” homeowners from foreclosures, while others like Ray Foster claiming to be with Second Chance Investment Group of 12523 Limonite Ave # 440-198 Mira Loma CA 91752 & 12547 Limonite Ave Mira Loma Ca. 91752 promised desperate home owners Guarantee to Stop Foreclosure (see attached flyer).
The suspected scammer mails flyers in English and Spanish to home owners in financial distress facing foreclosure, pitching a host of impossible remedies to the home owner. The flyer ask home owners to call (877) 880-8895 for Free Consultation.
When the call is made and the home owner is attempting to do their due diligence by asking all right questions, a male voice who claim to be Ray Foster immediately becomes defensive and hang up the telephone.
Once must wonder if this was a genuine business operating lawfully, why would Mr. Ray Foster be so defensive and refused to provide City, County or State license numbers required to operate such a business?
Very IMPORTANT never do business with anyone who offers an “easy out” of foreclosure. These kinds of claims are the tell-tale signs of a foreclosure rip-off.
To all home owners who may have receive this misleading invitation to be scammed from Ray Foster in the mail, please visit StopFraud.gov .FBI.Gov and US Postal Inspector web site (postalinspectors.uspis.gov/investigations/MailFraud/fraudschemes/FraudSchemes.aspx and file a complaint immediately.

We pride ourselves at 2nd Chance Investment Group that we go above and beyond in order to help Homeowners in distress out. However, we do not perform loan modifications, bankruptcy assistance or provide loans. We are Real Estate Investors only, we buy, fix and flip real estate.
We are sorry to hear that the gentlemen making the claims feels he was not taken care of. We understand that many homeowners facing foreclosure are in great distress but unfortunately, we cannot buy every home we come across.
We do however try to direct a caller to other resources that can possibly help if we don’t buy the property. (... by the way he was taking to Ray Foster directly)
Also the letter we send out consist of a total of three pages....we have attached them for your review. Please note that we put every guarantee in writing in very easy to understand/read language.
We wish him much luck with his home situation and hope he can resolve his issues with the bank.
