-Matthew Klatt, Manager Second Cup in Terra Losa refused to pay final paycheck to an employee; did not send paycheck in mail, and when approached, still refused to pay.
-Matthew Klatt refuses to offer a proper break system to his employees, in which by law, must be in place.
-Matthew Klatt suppressed the rights of an employee; refused to train a fulltime employee the basics of the job, even when he said he would. Exemplifies a controlling nature.
-Matthew Klatt stated that he talks behind his regular customers backs, and admits that he is kind to their faces just to promote good business.

-Matthew Klatt admits he hired a certain employee because he thought that her charm/looks would bring him good business. He stated that she had to be more flirty with the customers or she wouldn't be able to move up (he wouldn't train her), and she might lose her current job. (Sexism)
