From doing some research I can tell I'm one of many who has had a payday loan search go terribly wrong--somehow ending in an unauthorized debit draw of $49.95. How do they get away with this? Either the "yes" choice that they keep insisting is there somewhere is skillfully hidden OR they're outright lying. I know I can't remember being asked if I wanted a virtual secret cash card...Jeez...if I can't remember even reading about a choice? I don't think I ever viewed one...

Well, either way, they're sneaky little buggers I'll give them that. This happened to me once before and I talked them to death in their "ticket" or complaint form format and I did get a refund. You go to the website, scroll to the bottom and click on "contact us". Then on the new page, click on the first blue link and fill out a ticket form.

It just happened to me again 2 days ago and so far they're not answering my replies. For everyone's interest, I'm posting the conversations below.

Thanks for responding so quickly. Your information above is helpful however it doesn't change the situation that the order was an error and mistake. I never intended to order a cash card and I never received one. Unfortunately your directions about the "yes and no" choice must be hard to locate on whatever form I accessed.
If it was clearly visable to me I wouldn't've allowed a "yes" to go through as I cannot afford the $49.95 fee. Please access your records and refund my money as I do not want the card.

I too at one time had a problem with "Secret Cash Card". I just kept it up and up filing refund requests etc....I finally got a check in the mail from the dang company it took me about 3 weeks tho.
