Secret Extensions Took over 2 MONTHS to process my order! Internet

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a pair of hair extensions on Feb 24th. My order was not processed until April 30th. In over 2 MONTHS they did not send any emails letting me know my items were on back order. My account was never charged so I assumed the order never went through and left it alone. Months later they charge my account I no longer use resulting in an overdraft fee. They refused to honor paying my bank fee. Not to mention, I no longer even have the same color hair I had 2 months ago when I ordered the extensions. They had me return the items for a full refund NOT including shipping and handling. So now I have to waste my time returning the items, pay shipping and handling AGAIN, and pay my bank $35. My money doesn't grow on trees, I am very upset.
