Here is the exact copy of the email that I sent to these Rip off jerks. I can be one tough cookie when needed and after sending this they have backed off and my bank is being really great and working with me, if this is happening to you do what I did, print off these reports, go to your favorite bank teller, you know the one you flirt with, or chat with every time you are in the bank, ask if you can put a stop payment on these scammers, mine did and they were nice enough not to even charge me a stop payment fee, which usually runs the same as a overdraft charge, only when you do a stop payment, it can last about a month or so and your bank is on the lookoout, so you don't have to be paranoid, anyways heres the nice "customer service email that I sent to their site"

This is a rip off, a SCAM! And I tried to contact you a while back, you tried to get $49.95 out of my checking Tuesday January 2nd, and that was returned, and it cost me a $28.00 fee, I tried to call to tell you that I wasn't interested and your little sneaky SCAM has an answering service that just returns people back to this site so that the only contact is through this email type customer service.

Well Red Flags went up that said SCAM, I'm onto you, and so I have been watching my checking account very closely, I'm not stupid, and sure enough another charge for $49.95 was on my account, well I called and figured out that it was an answering service that there was no actual contact with a customer service representive at 401-228-9332, I asked for a name, started asking questions about the company, and what do you know its just an answering service to direct people back to this.

The email that was sent to me, after the first contact email that I sent telling you that I am not interested whatsoever, I tried to reply to that email address and what do you know I got an email from yahoo saying that my mail was undeliverable, because that email account doesn't exist.

SCAM! Thats when I got smart and did a search on your company and what do you know I pulled up a site called badbusinessbureau.com and ripoffreport.com that has it listed where you ripped off customers in Tampa Florida for you guessed it $49.95, and in Stantonsburg, North Carolina, yep another $49.95 ripoff also Peoria, Illinois and some others, so people know your SCAM and we are onto you, I printed those websites and cases off and took it into my bank and put a stop payment on your SCAM and when the lawsuits catch up to you, I will be watching and I will get my $28.00 back, but guess what no $49.95 is coming from me, and my bank also is on the lookout and if any "suspicious activity" happens I will close that account and open a new one and you better believe that those charges will be included on the lawsuit when everyone who you have SCAMED and ripped off file I will be amoung them. Back off my account don't charge me because you will pay back every penny in the lawsuit.

Sincerely, Jean M (the gal who is turning you into the better business bureau)

For those of you have already been ripped off, email these scammers daily, if you have the time and patience do it a couple times a day and get a little nasty, call them a scam, rip off and what they are, just don't cuss, they sent me back another email asking me to just contact them through this place, heres the site if you have the time email em, I did! call the company's answering service ask questions, ask them how they could answer for these people, and that there has to be some other way to contact them, how do dthey contact them ask if they are included on the scam, because you are doing research for a lawyer, Lets scare the pants off these people so that they will stop stealing from people who are already have hard times, they sneak it in on the cash advance sites. I don't know about you but when they tried to rip me off I started right back and luckily they haven't got my $49.95, do right away don't hesitate, act like that $49.95 is your life savings and after this email that I sent them the wierd your approved calls quit calling my house. Amazing. Here's for the people who have already been scammed. Email them daily, get your money back! http://www/secretcashcardservice.com/cgi-bin/refund.cgi

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, it's paid for!
