No customer SERVICE Very misleading conduct ... I could write page after page . be advised not to use Secure Horizons/ Untied Health Care for anyone w/ Medicare .. Its hell pure hell ..... One example Dr X charges $100.00 for office visit with a co pay of 25.00 Secure Horizon Pays 30.00 you pay balance another 45.00 in their network or not..... The only time they are nice is in the enrollment period ...
Get every thing in WRITTING......... They are not to be trusted.
I personally had issues each issue is 12- 16 hours of back and forward phone conversition.I have helped many other seniors and disable persons with so many problems with thi insurance Please Research them before dealing with them... You will Thank your self.
