To Whom it May Concern       I unfortunatly purchased tickets from this web site and paid preimum price for the worst seats in the theater   Do your self a big favor and make sure you are dealing directly with the venue you are purchasing the tickets for .   Most preimum credit card companies offer assistance in purchasing tickets, utilize their services     What these folks did may be legal,  but it shouldn't be   

I picked out seats 13 row from the stage and received seats more like 13 rows from the back 

My credit Card company wasn't much help , you need a lawyer to figure out whats in the fine print
