 A massive fraud has been going on for years including loan modification scams, bankruptcy and debt relief.  This group of scam artists leaves no drop of blood left in their victums all over the United States.  They have so many corporations it is hard to see how they ever keep them all straight.  To confuse matters more the throw around names they operate under that are never even business entities.  They will use the wensote:  www.homeremedycenter.com and have the client sign up with another entity all together.  They are to cheap to even make new websites.  They just reskin the same one over and over.

They promice their clients the world and do nothing.  Sometimes the homepwners get loan modifications by mistake.

The constant name changes let them burn FEDERAL EXPRESS  and all the vendors too!!  They have a real cute scam for burning employees too!!  They bring in hundreds of case managers to work the incoming calls.  They tell them it is illegal for them to be paid until the investor/bank agrees to a loan mod.  They take huge upfromt fees paid to antoher company which is them also.  SAYING IT IS PROCESSING.  They processing never is done so the case manager never makes any money and quits after a month or 2.   They then blame the modification not going thru on the case manager.  The client has paid the full processing fee and the file should continue to be processed because it was paid for.  If the client quits making payments they stop processing....so the client ends up with with nothing having paid full price for processing.  They have many small offices in buildings all Over Orange County California.  They are now also in Aliso Viejo and Lake Forest.  They have had different locations in Newport Beach.  4500 Campus Dr. Newport Beach  92660  houses about 100 employees.  They look to be moving out of there as it is getting to hot in Newport Beach.  It April an employee trashed Matt Brinks office and rammed his Benrley with his car when they did not pay him.  Work has it he is now in new offices in Aliso Viejo.  These guys must be really smart to keep up with all the fake names and fake companies they use....and to change them all so fast!
