SecureNet Alarm Systems Inc Not the best place to work if your a guy!! or if your a working indevidual because of pay. Maize Kansas

I worked for SecureNet for a year and 3 weeks. it was a fun place to work for a while but as everything does it changed. in my department it ended up i was the only male working in that department. i was also the only homosexual in the department. My supervisor adv me that she didnt have a problem with me being homosexual. so i didnt think anything of it. after 3 months of working there your supposed to get a raise. i figured out what was going on after my first 3 months. my supervisor adv me when i got hired that i would go from being paid 7.25 an hour to 8.00 an hour because i didnt have the experiance. i agreed to that and i THOUGHT thats what was going to happen. after my 3 months i only got a raise of .25 cents. i had to fight for 3 more months to get my other .50 cents and by that time it wasnt even worth it because the starting wage went up to 8.25. i was just happy i got what i was promissed even though it took an extra 3 months.

while working there some people quit and went on to better/more paying jobs. everytime someone got hired my supervisor really didnt say much to me. she ignored me and acted like i wasnt even there. but if i messed up she would come rip me a new one. in the end i put in a months notice that i was leaving and everything seemed to be going better. i was stuck with the same pay even though at your year your supposed to get a raise. my boss didnt want to give me a raise so she put me on a 30 day probation. i was quitting anyways so i didnt care. she had hired 3 girls who were all friends and spoke spanish to hid the fact that they were talking about people and didnt want to get introuble. when i left my replacement was a girl also. so i guess my old supervisor got what she wanted. an all girl department. if anyone is thinking about trying to get a job at securenet take it from me. they dont have compettitive wages and they really dont care about you. so you'd have a better chance getting on with t-mobile and staying there a year. im just tired of the way securenet treats their employee's.
