I purchased spyrecon from this company from the internet. Paid $39.95. You download it onto your computer and the program is supossed to spy on who ever you want to. Catch a cheater. Catch child on porn. etc...
This program would not work on my husbands computer. I tried numerous times with no success. So I uninstalled it and wrote to the company. They sad that they do not offer refunds. This makes me mad. Its like I gave them my money as a gift and got nothing in return.
The product works like garbage anyhow. Dont order from them. I first purchased the complete system from them so that I can send files to other computers and secretely spy on them. The file wouldnt work and I had to end up lieing to my husband as to why he needs to bring his laptop home so that I can download it myself. I downloaded it myself and it would not let me download it to his computer. Now what about the $79.95 I paid earlier for my product that dont work properly? I cant get it refunded. So all in all im out $119 and got a poor product that dont work. If you want my advice, go to webwatchersnow and buy their product. They made sure that I was satisfied and they even had a certified techichian take over my computer to fix any problems that I had with downloading.

REPORT THE SELLERS OF THE BAD SOFTWARE TO THE FTC

AUTHOR: Joe - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 20, 2009

As in Federal Trade Commission and they just happen to have a website.

Tell them what you posted here and see how they want you to send the documentation that you actually paid for the lousy software that did NOT work.
And I believe you want to file a Consumer Fraud action or complaint --or words to that effect.

OK, follow their procedure and make sure that you send DUPLICATES and NOT ORIGINALS of the proof of where and how you purchased the software.

You also might want to do the same with the Consumer Fraud Division of your State's Office of the Attorney General.

This is Interstate Commerce these people are using to sell their software junk and it is considered fraud when people do things like this and they are playing with some serious FEDERAL FINES AND PRISON TIME.

Good luck.

I don't know if the FTC or the State Attorney General will be able to get your money back but it would be worth a try.

And these people deserve to have a complaint filed on you for $119!
