SECURITAS USA- Anaheim branch A company that doesn't value employee integrity - domestic violence and dishonesty Anaheim, California

This report is in regards to the Anaheim Branch of SecuritasInc, particularly two employees - Branch Manager SCOTT DENAULT and Employee Relations Manager JOEL HAYES (reported in another report as well). As a successful business woman, I have never dealt with such unprofessional and frankly, incompetent employees before in my career in Sales. Knowing that SECURITAS was a large international company, you would assume that the regional offices would reflect a productive and professional environment which clearly does NOT prove true.

Scott DeNault is an unprofessional and shady individual. It is public knowledge that he has a dishonest background involving theft and domestic violence. The fact that he is employed in a position where he is responsible for handling private and sensitive client information is absolutely absurd! I have no words to describe how shocked that a publicly traded company entrusts this type of information to a BOY(!) who has this kind of background. No wonder the employee turnover rate is so high at this office - try employee unqualified candidates for low pay and keep them under a six month "probationary period" until they terminate and rehire. There were multiple occasions in which I was hung up on by Scott DeNault mid conversation, come to find he was not where he was supposed to be and attempting to sneak back into the office.

When I brought these concerns to the attention of his manager, Region VP Nicole mcDargh who passed my information straight to employee relations manager, Joel Hayes. Now, if you want to talk about a shady individual- that would definitely be this man. He is a lazy, unproductive excuse for an employee and made no effort to investigate the background and accusations surrounding Scott DeNault. However, I will give points to joel for being fantastic at drafting generic bullshit emails to cover his own a*s for not doing his job!

It's really unfortunate but SECURITAS USA in Anaheim is a complete JOKE. they're receptionist is dumb as rocks and so unprofessional. And clearly the integrity of the employees is not much better. I guess when they aren't making their small sales numbers, it reflects in their employee salary budget, in turn reflects the type of employees they hire.
