I bought Series 65 prep software test questions from this company, the web site made it seem that the desk top version would include 1500+ questions configureable to practise exams. I wasted a weekend finding out that the desk top version did not include all 1500 questions, maybe 400. When I called the company to complain I got attitude about how I wasn't talking to them nicely enough and was told I had to go online to get all the questions, which was not disclosed on the web site or in any confirmation email I recieved. This past weekend I again began my prep, online, and found that I could not configure their online software into a practise test of less than the entire 1500+ "q", the order of questions was not shuffeld and all 1500+ questions were served up every time no matter what I tried. The software is antiquated and VERY slow, 8 seconds to load a new question after a correctly answere question! The lag time on an incorrect answer is over 40 seconds! The questions are poorly written and the explanations to questions are even worse! When I called this morning to complain, after wasting yet another 8+ hrs trying to get some value for my $, I was again told that I wasn't talking to them nicely enough!!! All I wanted was my $ back and what I got was arrogance and attitude!!!

By way of follow up to your totally baseless allegations attached is your user report from our learning management system. This report shows you did not answer even a single question in our exam prep software. This report details the one and only time you used the software for a grand total of 19 minutes with 0 questions answered. This is concrete evidence that your claims are entirely without merit.

We received a phone call from Mark J**** who was incredibly irate and felt he had been ripped off as is apparent from his post on this site. He immediately became abusive and insisted that the exam prep software he purchased did not contain the number of questions advertised. He was offered assistance to try and help him understand how the software worked, how to access the questions and to possibly trouble shoot any issues that were taking place on his computer. Mr. J**** continued his abuse and insisted that we had some how misled him and would not allow anyone to help him as there was no way he was not ripped off.
To be clear when someone purchases our software they receive two types, one software product that can download and one that may accessed from any connected device. As of 3/12/ 13 that are exactly 1667 questions in the test bank. . Like all companies that offer software to customers we have a no refund policy. We did however offer Mr. J**** far more than a full refund if the questions were not in the test bank. He then insisted he was going to charge back the software purchase on his credit card, once again having never been interested in any assistance.
If Mr. J****s does charge back the purchase this would be theft of service on Mr. J****s part. After Mr. J****s trade he slammed the phone on us and promptly called the school that referred the purchase of the product and continued to abuse the staff there. Mr. J**** we wish you nothing but success in your future but you should treat people a little nicer and you should read up on the FINRA and NASAA rules as they relate to Internet postings as your comments on this site are subject to their rules and the oversight of your employing firm.
