Security Moving And Storage And All Of Their Office Staff Except Brenda Scam Artists, Rude, Arrogant, Nasty, Lack of Respect Bayonne New Jersey

I used this company to move my furniture from South Jersey to Pennsylvania. Their Salesman Michael Cappiello came out to my home in South Jersey....and gave me a quote based on the questions he asked me. We had a small house, a garage and 3 storage sheds to be moved. I was quoted a price of 1040.01 13 hours and for 3 men and 1 truck. I asked him about insurance for the furniture and he said the company was insured for $100,000 and that there was no need for me to worry. I called Michael back becasue another company told me I would most likely need 4 men and not 3...this company was a bit more money so I elected to go with Security Moving and Storage. I went from the quoted amount of $1040.01 to a bit over $2500.00

What mistake....they came an hour late and did not start the move until another half an hour went by. The move started and the driver came to me and told me I needed another man and another truck. The house they were moving was 1000 square feet, and 3 8x10 storage sheds. The driver told me he would be there in 2 hours which should have put him at our house by 11:30AM...12:00PM at the latest....he finally arrived at 2:30PM...by that time the movers who had a problem moving everything in the house were still not done. I should have known at that time when the started with another man that they were rip off artists, and I should have had them leave the house.

I left the same time as the movers because we had to travel through center city Philadelphia and I wanted to see the traffic they might have run into that would delay their arrival...because they started late there was a strong possability that they would hit heavy work traffic. It took me 3 hours to get to my destination....it took them 5.
When they got to my new place it took them from 8:30PM until 4:15AM the next morning to get my furniture off of the truck and into the house. They have ruined much of my furniture as well as putting my refig back together wrong...one door is higher than the other 2 legs were left off...one of the wheels is still missing.
I filled out a claim report and could not fill in the weight of the furniture in the letter they tell you to call them to determine the rate...I tried doing that yesterday 7/15 and they hung up on me 4 different times.
So I am not going to call them anymore...I am going to contact an attorney in the State of New Jersey. I know I can filed suit against them and go to the Superior Court and let a jury figure out what they owe...I personally think a class action suit needs to be brought against this company...

You can go to your County Courthouse and file a suit against this company...once you get a judgment against them because you have won your claim....send the judgment information to the Superior Court of New Jersey where in their court it becomes a foreigh judgment. You might be able to get a sheriff to go out and padlock their doors.
I personally think a class action suit would hit them harder....I am so upset with this company I think they need to have their doors shut and not be able to rip anyone else off.

You cannot speak with these people because they have a lousy understanding of the english language and do not comprehend definations of words....good example is when this Shan person told me to give the actual weight and the approximate weight of the item that was damaged. I asked him which one he ment actual or approximate...so he put them in a sentence for me....." Give me the actual approximate of the desk" sure comfused me a bit....then he spoke to someone else in the office in Russian and them the other person got on the line...told me to get a lawyer and hung up...so I am taking his suggestion and I am going to contact an attorney....I am also going to try to put this on any website that will listen.
This company also uses the name of The Security Moving and Storage, Inc
