Security Networks, LLC Five Diamond ,They are the company that installs the equipment, Fraud Fraud Fraud.....in the worst way actually impersonated my Alarm Company!!!!! Internet, Florida

This company is a security monitoring company for home and office security. An associate posing as alarm one came to my home and actually ripped out my current equipment....installed theirs and ripped off the sign from the front of my home replacing it with Security Networks. Also, Five Diamond company of (Utah) does the actual installation of the new equipment. AND AND AND....thinking I was signing a work order...it was a five year contract for home monitoring ....and get this it actually self renews. How did I eventually find this out? A few weeks after they did this my alarm company called me and said that they were not receiving a security signal from my home! I called Five Diamond and the customer service manager said to buy out of my contract I would have to pay 85% of a 5 year contract...LOL. Needless to say I have contacted the police department, the department of consumer affairs of both south Florida and Utah, as well as the Better Business Bureau. This is fraud at the inception! Be afraid be very very afraid of these companies!
